We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, usually between 1 to 2 working days of receiving it, except bespoke memorial pieces which can take up to 3 working days to be made, order with UK Next Working Day Delivery before 1pm for same-day dispatch.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and you will receive a tracking number in the order dispatch email. Please be aware that our UK Next Working Day deliveries require a signature on arrival.

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving your returned parcel.

We do not accept returns of memorial jewellery due to the intimate and personal nature of these products.

Orders and refunds are processed Monday - Friday.
